BookClubbishHarlequin imprint MIRA Books has announced the launch of BookClubbish, a new site designed to share book and pop-culture related content with readers, booksellers, librarians, book bloggers and book clubs.

Erika Imranyi, Executive Editor at MIRA Books said of the launch: “Everybody on the MIRA team loves books and chatting about their current reads. That passion spurred us to create a site that brings the same conversation to others who feel similarly. And it’s why BookClubbish embraces books by other publishers, not just our own titles, because we devour all books — especially the ones everyone’s talking about.”

Along with the latest book and pop culture news, BookClubbish will feature exclusive interviews, Q&A’s with librarians, infographics, listicles, profiles of booksellers, recommendations, author posts, contests, and more.

It also features “The Next Page: A Fiction Sampler for Book Clubs,” a free downloadable collection of excerpts from 11 novels, as an introduction to some of the MIRA Book titles suggested by BookClubbish. Each selection will come with a letter from the novel’s editor explaining why the book makes a great book club pick. Other bonus material included in the sampler will be reading guides and author conversations.

“We really hope to engage with book lovers,” said Imrayni. “BookClubbish is a one-stop destination for bookworms to be entertained, fined a great read, and keep abreast of book-related news.”
